What is Kryptonizer?
Kryptonizer macht Passwörter im Alltag sicherer und schützt damit persönliche Daten im digitalen Raum. Jeder Kryptonizer verfügt über einen individuellen Krypto-Code, mit dem ein einfaches Wort in ein kryptisches „übersetzt“ wird. Kryptonizer ist sowohl eine Methode zum Erstellen, als auch eine Hilfe zum Lernen eines kryptischen Passworts.

BACKGROUND
Password hackers often find it far too easy to gain access to personal data on the Internet. The reason is obvious: passwords that we can remember are usually not particularly cryptic, but are based on common names, words and numbers, such as „Claudia“ or „administrator.
With the help of suitable computers, these passwords can be hacked quite quickly. Thus, they represent a significant security gap.
The Kryptonizer addresses this ubiquitous problem in a playful way and sensitizes the user for a more conscious handling of passwords.
When generating our crypto passwords, we use a character set of 66 characters per digit. We recommend using 12-character passwords. In general, the longer the password and the larger the original character set, the better.
Therefore, please generate only one crypto password with this product and change it if lost. Kryptonizer is a tool to learn crypto passwords in a fun way. The method shown here can be transferred and varied as you like.

What do I need a Kryptonizer for?
Password hackers often find it far too easy to access personal data on the Internet. The reason is obvious: passwords that can be remembered are usually not particularly cryptic, but are based on common names, words and numbers, such as „Hasi123“ or „Admin“. With the help of suitable computers, these passwords could be hacked and thus represent a security vulnerability.
The Kryptonizer acts as a translator, converting your simple password into a cryptic sequence of letters, numbers and special characters. Thus your simple password becomes more complex.
IMPORTANT: Each Kryptonizer is equipped with an individual translator code. For example, the word „administrator“ is translated into a different crypto password with each Kryptonizer.
What happens if the keychain gets lost?
No problem! The printed crypto code is only used for encryption, it is not the password. The actual – simple – password (e.g. „access“ or „administrator“) is only stored in your head. So a lost Kryptonizer can be used by the finder himself at most as a translator for his own passwords again. Nevertheless, we recommend to exchange the password in case of loss.
Can I learn more than one password with the Kryptonizer?
In principle, this is of course possible. However, this does not add any new characters to the passwords, which leads to a reduction of the possible character range. Therefore, we do not recommend this.
What material is the Kryptonizer made of?
The keychain is made of PVC (like conventional credit cards).
With compact dimensions of approx. 30 x 58 mm, it fits comfortably on any key ring.
Optionally we produce with alternative materials for you, e.g. recycled plastic or ABS.
The (folded) carrier cards are optionally made of solid (300g) recycled or standard paper.
Closed final format of the cards: 55 x 85 mm (business card format). The key tags are made up on the front side of the folding cards as standard.
Packaging: Our polybags as packaging protect the Kryptonizers until they are unpacked by the user. Optionally you can use our polybags based on corn starch.
How can I individualize the Kryptonizer?
Both the key chain with the crypto code and the carrier card with background information and instructions can be completely adapted to your company branding and corporate design. Stand sketches and instructions for graphic design are available for this purpose. We will gladly take over the design of your new advertising medium for you according to your ideas.
How many sets can be produced?
We can produce the smallest number from 250 sets completely individualized according to your wishes. Just ask!
